Organic Eggless Teething biscuits

Ingredients:
1 cup Organic flour (Wholemeal or white)
1 cup Organic dry infant rice cereal ( Flavoured or unflavoured or 1/2 of each)
3 tablespoons of cooking oil (I use extra virgin Olive oil)
iced water

Stir the oil into the Flour and Rice Cereal mix.
Gradually add the iced water until the dough begins to form a ball and pull away from the side.

Roll the dough on a flour surface and cut into rusks.
Bake on a lightly greased cookie tray until golden brown and the rusks are hard (150 C)
I cook them slowly for about 1 hour, until they are really hard.

Store in an airtight container for about 1 week.

These teething rusks are as good, if not better than the store bought variety, I hope your little one enjoys them.
