Pregnancy Baby Journal

baby belly with flower

Keeping a baby journal throughout your pregnancy is a great keepsake to remember a very special and important time in your life. Create a journal to chronicle everything you are feeling throughout your pregnancy, all of those midnight cravings, aches and pains, and all of the joy as well.

I kept a pregnancy journal when I was pregnant and I absolutely love looking back at it every now and then. I plan on showing it to my daughter when she is much older.
I wrote down everything I was feeling every week. I wrote the story of when I found out I was pregnant (it's a good one) and the story of when I told my husband that I was pregnant too (and even better one). I took pictures every week of my belly so you could see how it grew month by month. I included all of the ultra sound photos too. It came out really cool and I really love it. So I wanted to make it possible for all of you to make one too.

printable baby journal page

I created a printable template containing pages in many different formats. All you have to do is fill the dates, week or trimester of pregnancy, and your own baby journal entries. Add pictures and decorate the pages however you want.

The pages are designed to print onto a regular 8 1/2 by 11" paper. You can print them onto regular printer paper and bind it together. Or even print onto card stock and keep all of the pages in a three ring binder. You could even decorate the outside of the binder with fabric, decorative paper, and ribbon.

Another great idea would be to use a 12 by 12" scrapbooking album. You can mount the 8 1/2 by 11" sheet onto 12 by 12" scrapbook paper and decorate it creatively just like a scrapbook. There would be extra space for lots of decorations and even some more photos. Decorate with paper punches, rubber stamps, stickers, and other embellishments. You could make a pregnancy journal to truly be proud of.
